Carlos Guice began his career in finance in 1984 and has significant experience in affordable housing policy and real estate development. His experience includes over $1 billion in real estate financings which includes approximately $500 million in comprehensive redevelopment projects, $140 million in project-based Section-8 transactions, and $100 million in single family mortgage portfolio sales.
During his career, he has served as an investment banker, financial advisor, and development consultant. Carlos is a Manager in the firm’ Affordable Housing and Community Development practice.
